Legal Question in Consumer Law in Oregon
car
I returned a car that I had perchesed becuase they could not sell my contract. They returned my car paayments but refused to return my down payment. What options do i now have for getting it back.

Tell them to give back your down payment right now, or you will hire a lawyer, file a suit in small claims court, and thereby get back your money plus all of the cost of hiring the attorney.
