I placed a deposit on a RV trailer in Oregon, and decided not to purchase. now the dealer will not refund. I have only signed an intent to purchase. Can they legally keep my deposit?

Read the intent to purchase agreement. Does it allow the dealer to keep the deposit, if you back out? I am not aware of any law in Oregon that says the dealer must give you back the deposit.
