Legal Question in Consumer Law in Oregon
Ordered a RCA 55" 240Hz LCD DHD TV online form K-mart. All receipts that I have from purchase all state this TV. Price was incredible so I purchased and it just came today UPS and it is a 40" RCA TV. What to do?

First, do no accept delivery from UPS.
Second, if you have already accepted delivery, call your credit/debit card issuer and dispute the payment, because you were not provided with the goods you ordered.
Third, call K-Mart customer service and describe the problem.
