phone contract

if theren is no written agreement.a verbal on phone,charged to my credit card,can i cancel the charge&rescind contract?

Not if you admit that there was an agreement on the phone. You could claim that you never made the agreement and notify your bank that the charge is bogus. The bank will investigate and see if the merchant has evidence that you agreed to the charge, including perhaps audio recording.
