Legal Question in Consumer Law in Oregon
I was recently informed that Oregon has a law stateing that a retailer must take the return of a product if it is within 10 days of the sale, regardless of the stores policy. Example, according to this law, a non returnable item can still be returned within 10 days of the purchase...Is this accurate, where can I find this information?
