Legal Question in Consumer Law in Oregon
Refund on product
I recently purchased 2 items and found that I really did not need them and tried to return them unopened the same day. They said that it was on the receipt that they had a no refund policy and would only accept exchanges and they showed me a sign that was very small that I did not see stating the same thing. There was nothing I could say or do to return it but this seems a bit unfair. Is there any law that protects me from this?
