Legal Question in Consumer Law in Oregon

Signed a contract but can't find it

I want to buy out of a contract for a tanning salon but I can't find the contract that they had originally copied. Legally, do I have the right to ask for another copy?

Yes.

And if the salon cannot produce a copy of the contract, then I guess it does not exist. If it does not exist, then the salon will not be able to prove in court that you signed a contract. If there is no proof of a signed contract, why are you still paying?
