Legal Question in Consumer Law in Oregon
Through my work I get a 15% discount when shopping at petsmart.. they are now requiring a paystub to verify that I am a banfield employee when we used to be able to just show our badge. is it legal for them to ask for this personal information?

Yes, it is legal, unless there is something in your collective bargaining labor agreement that prohibits it. Are you represented by a union? Then ask your union representative.
