Legal Question in Consumer Law in Oregon
Xbox return
I baught a Xbox 360 from a store. It has now broken. I cannot return the item since it has been more than 90 days since purchase. Bright idea, i want to purchase another Xbox 360 and swtich the new one for the broken one and return it to the store. Is this illegal, If so, can i be caught.

Re: Xbox return
No, it is not legal. Yes, you will be caught, because no doubt the merchant's records noted the serial number of each unit you bought.
