Cost for filing an answer to a circuit ct. credit card summons?

Depends on amount claimed. For example, if $10,000 or less, filing fee is $150. If greater than $10,000 but less than $50,000, fee is $240. Normally, a debtor does not file an answer without having a defense. If no defense, there may be other options for dealing with the debt such as settlement offers or bankruptcy.
