Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Oregon

Recent car purchase

My father bought a car at a set price and interest rate. the dealership called a few days later saying that he could no longer give us the loan at that rate. they checked my father's credit and approved the loan at the time of purchase. are they allowed to change their minds after we signed all the papers and already paid the down payment?

Re: Recent car purchase
