Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Oregon

Small Claims-collecting the settlement

I recently won a small claims case in which I was awarded a sum of money to be paid by the defendant. This is a personal case in which I do not know the location or employer of the defendant any longer. I have his social security number and that is all. How can I collect his debt owed to me?

Contact a private detective. They offer "skip traces" and asset searches. You may need both. Get the cost before ordering and shop around.
