First get a judgment in circuit court for money owed then send a sheriff to execute on the judgment and recover the collateral to satisfy the debt.

Short of a judgment you could enlist the help of a collection agency. An attorney can send a demand letter before filing a lawsuit. Sometimes that works, sometimes it doesn't.

Avoid self-help repossession, it could open you up to liability if done incorrectly.
