Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oregon
Burglary 1
if i confess to burglary when the cop came to talk to me can i plead not guilty in court because I DID NOT DO IT. i said i did to not go to jail that day because my family was moving and i had some other problems not legal and the officer basically forced me to admit it or i was going to jail. he came by three times.
