A class B Misdemeanor is a definition of a level of offense. There are many different offenses listed as B Misdemeanors. The maximum penalty is 6 mths in jail and a $2000 fine. This is an extrememly unlikely sentence. Most B Misdemeanors get 0 jail, but maybe a fine, probation, community service. This can vary depending on the offense and the person's criminal history.
