difference between warrants
can you please tell me the difference between a bench warrant and an arrestwarrant. can the police come and arrest you on a bench warrant.

A bench warrant is initiated by the court on its own motion. Other warrants are initiated by law enforcement and then issued by the court. I don't believe there is any practical difference and if the court issues a warrant commanding law enforcement to arrest you, that's what they'll do. When a client learns that there's a warrant for his arrest, I advise him to turn himself in because that may make positive difference in his subsequent terms of release, including the amount of bail required.
