Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oregon
Expungement
I have a class c felony from 1995 and I got one more in 2001 is it ever going to be possible to expunge those or at least clean up my criminal record, when I looked at it, it showed everytime I was arrested and charged but charges were later dropped. I know it sounds weird but I have three years clean and have turned my life around and I am finding it difficult to even rent an apartment. Thanks for any help!
