Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oregon

false information and minor in possesion

i was sitting passenger in a car when we were approched by officers who smelled alcohol. They asked if we were 21 and i said yes(im 19) and provided my brothers name(whos 21 and my birthday(intoxicated). The officer asked my friend my name and she provide a first name. The officer returned to the vehicle and said she knew i was lying and called me bymy name and provided my st. address.I came clean and she wrote me tickets for false info and minor in poss. When i later looked at the tickets i noticed she had written them in my bros name and with his drivers license # and birthday.About a 2wks later the same cop was at my house at 12:30am and took me to the station for fingerprinting. She kept me there for over 3 hours and wrote me 2 new tickets in my name but changed the false info to two accounts instead of one and the m.i.p was changed from by consumption to posessing a bottle of rum which was vodka. Is that ok that they did that ?srry so long
