Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oregon

oregon statute of limitations

I am studying criminal law in Washington State and I ran into a question that no one seems to know the answer to. The situation is this: What is the statute of limitations on a non-violent felony, where the offender was a minor, never arrested, and most likely indited on two or three charges. The charges would consist of theft and larceny, not robbery. The situation involves a male subject who no longer lives on the west coast, is now an adult and has had another non-violent felony on his record which he did time for and is no longer on parole for. If you know the answer to this question please email me back it would really help me with my study. Thank you.

I will tell you this much--you can find the answers to all of the statute of limitations regarding adults and minors and all the crimes you name in the RCW. But, an actual answer to your question, if you want me to do your homework for you then you will have to pay me my hourly rate :). Good luck,
