Pointing a firearm at another
during a trespass i allegedly pointed a firearm at anothe. IIf I pointed a bb rifle at the trespasser after he exited the property for a short time. What is the best way to answer this citation?

The best way to defend yourself is to hire an attorney. With the limited info you have provided, I would use what is called the "defense of property" statute.
