Possible Police Harassment

I was told several times by a few different police officers to ''f off'' and ''get on my f'ing way.'' Inside a private establishment. For no apparent reason. When I asked politely to get an explanation, I received the same treatment. What other options do I have other then making a complaint that will probably get lost in paperwork? I'm not sure what area of law this best fits into. Thank you for your time.

As much as possible get badge numbers and names. I'd contact the press with it. Also, follow up on the complaints you've already made to the police precinct.
