Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oregon
Probation
I have been chargeed with misdemeanor assault and sentenced
to two years probation and 9-12 months counseling.I have no
prior arrest and this is my first offense. Can I be released
from probation earlier than two years?

Yes if you complete your requirements of probation you can petition the Judge for early termination of probation. It is up to the Judge to decide.
