Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oregon
i am on probation in oregon. i have been court-ordered to obtain my drivers license before my next court date. if i fail my test for the 3rd time and cannot get my license, what will happen?

Not knowing what you are on probation for, it is difficult to answer this question. Generally, if you go to court and show the judge that you tried to take the test and failed, he or she should be willing to give you another chance. The judge possibly could extend your probation. Whatever happens with the DNV test, you must go to the next court date.
