Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oregon
Probation Violation
I have a bench warrant for absconding - PV - and I was wanting to know that if I bailed out on the warrant instead of doing the full time, what's the likelihood that pending the set courtdate after, that I would have to do the jail time anyway?

Re: Probation Violation
Typically probation violation warrants, especially for absconding, do not allow you to bail out on the warrant. Normally, they are no bail warrants which require you to stay in custody until the probation violation is addressed.
