Probation violation
i am trying to find out what i can do for my son, he is 27 years old and has 2 debilitating medical conditions. A few years ago he was placed on probabtion in the state of oregon for a felony for 1 count of forgery and 1 count of FTA. my son fled the state and had moved to Arizona. he is on social security disablilty as well and Social security has cut him off until he gets the legal matter cleared up. what do you reccomend we have done to resolve this matter

I sugest you hire an attorney to talk with a deputy da. Then have your son turn himself in so that the warrant can be lifted. Be prepared to post bail. Attorney should see if the state will agree to a bail amount.
