Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oregon
Probation Violation...
I have a 2 part question...
1. If I have a bench warrant issued in D.C. will it violate my probation in Virginia?
2. Does Washington D.C. put a bench warrant issued for a misdemeanor drug charge on the federal database? In other words, will I get extradited from another state for the bench warrant?

Re: Probation Violation...
1. Yes. You were provided information upon intake to probation that set forth the requirements which another violation causes the probation to move to conviction. You should seek legal assistance.
2. The District of Columbia has jurisdiction for its criminal charges. If you are serving time for the prior conviction then sentencing matters may apply.
