sex abuse diversion
what are the legalities of a person that has completed a diversion program and had dismissed, charges for sex abuse 3 with a minor, if that person were to have contact or establish a relationship with the victim when the minor becomes a legal adult ?

Assuming, of course, that there are no other legal restrictions such as restraining orders or stalking protective orders, the dismissed charge would not serve as a legal impediment to further contact once the victim has turned 18 years of age.
