Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oregon
theft by receiving
if being charged with theft by receving because they tought you knew it stolen at the time of purchase and you can get the person you accually bought the stuff from to sing an affidavit saying they sold itens to you and they have the bill of sales and reicets for the items in question wouldn't they dismiss the charges

Produce the signed Affidavit AND the original bills of sale AND the receipts and you'll have a better chance.
