If you've been properly subpoenaed, then you probably have to testify. Witnesses usually can't be compelled to testify against their spouses, but no such privilege applies when parents are called to testify against their children. Depending on the facts, though, there may be other reasons why you could get out of this.
You should speak with your son's lawyer, who might actually want you to testify. You may also want to hire your own lawyer, since defense counsel is there to protect your son's interests and not yours. Even if his interests align with yours, his lawyer won't be able to give you legal advice the way your own could.
Good luck.
