General Harassment- is there any help if not in a protected class?
I have been a victim of harassment by my employer, and especially my immediate supervisor, for over a year (by some for 2-3 yrs). I suspect multiple reasons, and I'm not sure how to proceed. I recognize the necessity of meeting legal deadlines, I am not in a good financial position and am facing discipline and possible termintion without just cause. President of classified empl union for 9 yrs, other extenuating details. Can anyone help - like on commission or something?? I really need help - soon - I'm hoping for a miracle!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!
