i had a duii about 8 or 9 yrs ago in OR can i still go for diversion

Chances are good that you do not qualify for Diversion if you get a second DUII in Oregon. Oregon allows Diversion only once every 10 years, with several other restrictions. The best thing you can do is contact an attorney who can look at the police report from your most recent DUII (assuming that's what happened) and tell you your options.
