Not sighted for it.
I have a friend that I just bailed out of jail. They set his court date for July 15, 2001 at 1:15 in the afternoon, when we checked on what time to appear it was set for this Sunday. He say's that he was never sighted for this and has never had any problems in the county that the warrent was issued by. What should we do?
Thanks
Nikki

Go to the office of the Clerk of Court in the court in the county from which the warrant issued. They will show you the official court file. That will tell you all about the charges.
Show up on the court date and deal with it.
