Poa
My brother is POA for our 89 year old mom. He refuses to let me have copies of her will, or review her financial records. He has not had a job for 4 years, but continues to make $5??.oo house payments on his own house. I suspect fraud. He says he pays his bills with credit cards, then pays the credit cards with other credit cards. I suspect fraud. What should I do?
