Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

i am 18 in february

i turn 18 on te first and my aunt has power of attorney over me but i want to finish high school in another town but they say i cant leave even though i will be 18 they say i have to wait until i graduate. can i leave on the first of my 18 birthday?

Yes.

Best advice: Stay in school where you are and graduate. Then move away, if that is what you choose to do.
