If i am 18 and have a job but am still attending high school can i move into my own place?

YES, if you are 18 and have a job but still attending high school you can move into my own place if that is what you want to do. In fact, even if you did not have a job and had dropped out of high school, you could stlll move into your own place.

What is critical is being 18 years of age. At that point, you are an adult. You are in nobody's legal custody. You are not required to live with your parents, and your parents are no longer required to allow you to live in their home.
