QUESTION:

a 16 yr old is pregant by a 21 yr old man, but they are getting married. can he still be arrested for sexaul assault?

ANSWER: YES.

QUESTION:

what will happen when she goes to the doc?

ANSWER: The doc will take a history, do an exam, and counsel her about how to properly take care of herself while she is pregnant, and will answer any questions she may have.

QUESTION:

does the doc. have to report that she is pg from an older man?

ANSWER: Yes.

QUESTION:

does it make any difference that they will be married?

ANSWER: No.

PS: her parents are ok with them being together??? Gees! The parents ought to be reported and arrested, too.
