Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

Addendum to already prepared Divorce Papers Not Petioned to Court Yet

I had Divorce papers drawn up by an online service but now my ex and I need to make a change to the property part of the paperwork. How would I go about making a change in the document? We have not filed yet

You draw a line through the "old" language and then write-in the "new" language.

Alternatively, take your papers to a lawyer who is license to practice law and have the lawyer do what lawyers are trained to do. (Kinda like be really sick and going to a doctor to have the doctor do what doctors are trained to do.) DIY law practice, like DIY medical practice, is most dangerous. And the after-the-fact consequences finally come to the surface, you will deeply regret not having had a professional involved from the outset.
