Age of majority.

ANSWER:

In the state of Oregon, the age of majority is 18 years old.

With the exception if certain restrictions on use and possession of alcohol (which remain in effect until age 21), a person at age 18 and onward has all of the same rights and responsibilities as any other adult citizen.

So, it is perfectly legal for a 27 y/o man to have a 19 y/o girlfriend. Indeed, if they wanted to get married to one another, they could do so on their own, without need for consent from anybody else.
