At what age can a minor decide what parent she can go live with based on her best interest.

Under Oregon law, it is not the right of a minor to decide which parent he/she will live with. Rather, it is a decisinon to be made by the parents, if the can agree, or by a judge if they cannot. Once the child ceases to be a minor and becomes an adult, at age 18 under Oregon law, the child will no longer be in the custody of either parent and can then make whatever custodial decisions he or she wants to make, regardless of parental wishes.
