Alimony payable upon death?

Okay, here goes. While alive the woman was owed alimony form an ex husband. The husband was in arrears upon her death and is wondering now if he were to remarry would his wages as well as his new wifes be attached by his ex wifes estate? The ex, now deseased wife, had a child. Can the child get money form the ex husband and his new wife?
