My ex and I bought an annuity for our retirement. Part was purchased with money I jnherited. We are now divorced. Do I have a claim against this money and how do I file

Depends on what your divorce judgment (decree) says regarding this particular item of property. Was the ownership of the annuity awarded to you? Or to your spouse? (Division of property, including the annuity, should have been dealt with and resolved as part of the divorce.)
