Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon
Annulment Question...
I have been married since May of 1999 and my spouse and I have separated, but never divorced. I recently found out that she has remarried without filing for divorce from me and has been married to this second person for some time now. Is there anything I can do about this? Would I qulify for an anulment instead of a divorce?

Re: Annulment Question...
First:
No, there is nothing that you can do about the fact that wife has married Husband # 2 while still married to Husband # 1.
Second:
No you cannot get an annulment. But you can file for divorce.
