Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

Can I be arrested for violating a parenting plan?

I have Soul Custody of my daughter. In December 2004 I miss read our parenting plan and the Father was shorted 2 days. I was not the only one who miss read it. Our local legal aide office did to. I was later told by the Father that he had call the police on me. Now he is threatening to take me to court, this time its because I won't violate the parenting plan. He now says that back in December when he called the police. The sheriff's office persuaded him not to have me arrested in front of my children over 2 missed days. I believe he is lying. So I was wondering could he have had me arrested over violating the parenting plan when he doesn't have custody?
