if my boyfriend and i marry can that be concidered a " change in cirmcumstance" where she could get more more for child support

No, not in the first instance. However, to the extent your income provides to your husband, partner or domestic associate a discernable "financial advantage" (such as his no longer having to work because you make a million dollars a year), it may be viewed as sufficient to render an adjustment to his income.
