Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

my brother is jailed for domestic violence and would like us (his sisters) to get his personal belongings from her house. she is not cooperating. what now?

Wow. I'm sure you must love your brother but legally there is not much you can do. I suggest you stay out of his relationship problems and just give him emotional support and maybe a cussing out for engaging in domestic violence - that is a very serious and dangerous issue. Meanwhile, he should get a lawyer to help him with his legal problems and not burden his sisters.
