Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

How is CS calculated in OR?

Hello, I was wondering how child support is calculated in OR. Mother and father both work, mother makes more. Mother has 1 child from previous relationship, and we have 2 together. Is child support only based off of both parents income, or do other factors get considered, such as day care expenses, mothers rent payment, etc.

They are currently with her for this school year, and I pay CS. I will get all 3 this summer and next school year, and she is fighting me on CS. She will return the CS to me, but is not willing to pay her fair share of CS. If we go back to get CS modified, will they calculate our incomes, and also ask me to pay more to cover the high cost of daycare while they are in their mothers care? The area where she chose to live and work have astronomical rates for daycare.

I'm sorry if this is confusing, but I would appreciate any help you may be able to offer.
