My ex-husband wants my daughter to live with him instead of with me she is 12 years old. What age can she decided who she lives with?

A minor child cannot decide who she lives with. The divorce decree should have a provision stating where the child lives for the majority of the time. A custody or parenting time decree can be modified via a court proceeding. Please contact me if you would like more information.
