My mother is a drug addict and never used the child support to support me and wouldn't now were she to collect the back payments. is it possible for me to collect the back child support? I'd be very greatfull if you could help me.

Can child claim back child support upon attaining age 18?

YOUR QUESTION:

ANSWER:

In a word: NO.

Under Oregon law, child support for a minor child is owed from one parent to the other parent, not to the child.

In your case, any accrued and unpaid child support is a debt owing to your mother, not to you.
