Child Custody

I would like to know how to go about getting my daughter back fom her father, she was in my custody for the first four and a half years of her life, never new him or seen him the he cam to town one day to see her and asked if she can go back with him for a month and i said yes after two weeks of debating it has beenalmost two years since i have seen her and i talk to her on the phone almost everyday but when i asked to talk to him he wont talk to me and i am very desperate to find a legal way to get her home with me so if you could help I would relly appreciate it thanks
