Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

Child support

I have two questions:

1. I am looking to get married again, my ex has to pay back child support, does the back child support stop once remarried?

2. The man I want to get married to has to pay child support, can his ex use my finances to increase the support already established? What access does she have to my income, finances, investments, or anything from my private life? I will inherit one day a large amount can she touch that?
